I have an Honours degree in Mechanical engineering and also a Masters degree. However when it comes to job interviews it is very difficult explaining how this matches up to the Industrial or Burgerlijk engineer qualifications. The only question I get asked is how long I studied. This doesn't seem to be a very good way of comparing the 2 systems as in Belgium people tend to always study a bit longer.Does anybody know how to go about converting the British degrees into something meaningful in Belgium?
