Recently I joined a new global telecommunications business called 1CellNet, and now as an Affiliate I'm already being paid bonuses for little effort really. This could easily be something that provides you with a substantial income and could help support you while you do your other things.

If you are interested in this genuine opportunity then just let me know as this is a good time to get into this new global business. I myself only started on 2nd March and have already made a good return and things are now growing exponentially. Join my team and I'll show you how you too can save and earn at the same time.

Hi Steve, sorry but my reply will necessarily be lengthy. 1CellNet offers very cheap call rates for local, national and international calls to just about anywhere in the world and for those interested, an opportunity to earn extra income. People wanting to take advantage of the cheap call rates (Customers) pay a one-time setup fee of $20US and pre-purchase $50 of call time. Thereafter, they simply continue to purchase call time. Unlike Customers, those interested in the business side of things pay a one-time setup fee of $20US and join up as either a Consultant or an Affiliate by purchasing $50 and $150 of pre-paid call time respectively. A Consultant gets 1 business cell and an Affiliate gets 3 and both can introduce others (Customers, Consultants and Affiliates) to the service and when they do, they earn 1 point for every dollar that any of their members spends on calls and when they get 1200 points, then subject to simple qualification requirements, 1CellNet pays them $100US cash into their VISA cash card account which can be withdrawn from any ATM machine around the world.

The model is a binary tree and in this way, people joining under you are placed on either your left or right side in the next available spot. If you introduce someone then you yourself control which side the new person is placed but if the person is introduced by someone above you in the tree then they control which the side that person goes under you. As most find that they can introduce more than 2 people you end up necessarily placing them under others in your tree but it doesn't matter as everyone above each new person in your tree gets points for that new person and in this way, your points can build up very quickly. I for example only joined on 2nd March and already have approximately 9000 points and what's really amazing is that I myself have so far only introduced a few people!! It really doesn't matter at all who introduces who because if they are below you in your tree (called your downline) then you and everyone above the last person that joined gets the points. So it's a real win-win. Everyone gets the cheap call rates and everyone earns points. Summarising, when you or anyone else above you introduces a Customer or Consultant you and those above you get 50 points. When an Affiliate is introduced you get 150 points. But it doesn't stop there! Whenever anyone in your tree recharges (i.e. purchases more call time) as eventually we all need to do, everyone upline gets 1 point for each $1 of call time!!! Finally, 1CellNet has indicated that it plans to introduce a $20 four weekly fee for Consultants and Affiliates ($10 of call time and $10 as an account maintenance fee) and for this each earns 20 points. If you analyse this then as well as bonus income you can set yourself up to earn a reasonable residual income!!! I can't wait for them to introduce this monthly fee as already it would mean that I would earn more income. There are lots of other benefits (e.g. incredible ways to saving on International Roaming charges, initiating and making calls via you PC etc) but describing all these goes beyond this post.

If you visit my 1CellNet website at http://www.1cellnet.com/adam12 you will see a good introduction and can also check out the cheap call rates. It's all fairly simple and what I like most about it is that there is no time limit on using your call time or earning or cashing in on your points and there are no contracts to worry about. There are some basic rules that I've now mastered and so I'm now teaching others so that they too can quickly take advantage of this new service and the opportunity that it offers. Of course, like most competitive Telco offerings this will not be suitable for everyone but in the cases where it does, it offers substantial savings and those that participate as business partners, have the opportunity of earning a separate income. As can be expected, the business is growing fast and from its officially launched in February, 2004 already has some 80,000 members world-wide and growing at an incredible rate.

If you have any questions at all just contact me again (email me if you like).

How is it different from a pyramid scheme?

That's a good question Steve. Pyramid selling is easy to uncover. You receive money for recruiting new members into the game but there is no income besides the money new members pay to join. Thus, you receive no value or product for the investment and the ones who participate last, end up losing. This is illegal in most countries.

In this regard, 1CellNet has a legitimate product, offering a service to people to save money on their phone calls. It is really no different to Amway and, if I'm not mistaken, Amway has been going for some 40 years and is now in most western countries! And there are many others like Avon Cosmetics and Nutri-Metrics Worldwide.

Like Amway, 1CellNet uses Multi-Level Marketing (i.e. MLM) or network marketing. MLM provides a bona fide business opportunity for the public to earn some extra income through the sale of products and/or services. Consumers must learn to differentiate between the bona fide direct selling companies and the unethical companies offering 'pyramid' or get-rich-quick schemes. As part of their marketing strategy, 1CellNet have a commission or reward structure, whereby if you sponsor people you earn a commission from the phone calls that they make. And it goes without saying that many businesses market this way. (eg. Buy 1 get 1 free dinners - you bring a friend we pay for your dinner). Foxtel in Australia had one where if you refer someone to Foxtel cable they would give you $50 off your bill.

Another thing to note is that 1CellNet uses the existing telecommunications infrastructure to connect your calls. The large Telcos cannot stop competition (that is actually illegal). Competition is healthy for any industry. Can you imagine Qantas suing Virgin Airlines for taking customers away from them by offering them cheaper flights! 1CellNet is doing exactly what Virgin has been doing for some time, providing a service for people at a lower price.

MLM companies need to use a structure to place customers and affiliates and most company organisations also use a pyramid structure to place employee's. So yes, like most businesses and organisations, 1Cellnet uses a pyramid structure, but is not a pyramid scheme. To earn residual or ongoing income, you need some sort of pyramid structure and what's fantastic about 1CellNet is that its binary system doesn't have the normal drawbacks of other companies, as you don't lose unused points after a bonus run. Also, each new person is automatically added to the bottom of the pyramid - so everyone above benefits. But just as important, is that phone time recharges and 28-day maintenance go to the bottom of the line thus ensuring that the people at the bottom make money too. It really is fantastic in comparison to other MLM opportunities in that it is a two way system, you earn points from their calls and they earn points from yours! In most systems you only make money from your downline not your upline too!

Summarising then, the one thing that makes the difference between an MLM program (which is legal in most countries) and a Pyramid scheme (which is illegal in almost all countries), is that there must be a product you can purchase - not just be involved in recruiting other people.
