Is new (well fairly new) on the market & thanks to an on-line expat friend who told me about it ... I went and made a batch of cookies OK I don't bake much, but I get my whims.

It's made by dansukker ... the sugar comes in dark & light 500 gms ... 2 thumbs up my cookies came out with fantastic results. You'll find it on the shelf with all the other sugars & baking goods.

Hi!

Where to buy this? At the ordinary Konsum and ICA's, or in special shops?

..I like the name, by the way, Muscovadoråsocker. But it must be quite tricky to pronounce for the newcomers

It tastes nice, not like regular sugar. I have only tried it in coffee so far.
