Talking

Yep, wine can do a lot; esp while cooking.
So, I've come up with a 'new' (i.e for me) recipe.

Take minced meat about 500 gr. Mix it with an egg, too much thyme, probably too much salt and pepper.
Make a patty or two (or maybe 6...) and fry them til they're done.
salt and pepper if you want to.

for sauce:
Take crushed tomatoes (if you have that on cans?) and get it boiling. put in too much dried garlic and quite a lot of basil and Oregano. Maybe put in some stock (beef) cube(?) and cream.

you know what, for me, this made a great meal. I think.. I can't really say since I'm tipsy, but it does taste really nice atm, and I think it'll make a great lunch tomorrow as long as my coworkers can stand me considering the amount of garlic...

Mayweed, I think maybe you cook like I do! You just put in the things you like!!

We dare to be unconventional!! We push the limits of social acceptance with regards to how we mix food!!

We may start new trends!! Then again, maybe not!!

A Swedish friend once told me that sometimes when she is helping with the baking, and for example she asks how much salt to add, her friends would say "lagom", and she would say, "Oh yeah, right!!" Mayweed, have you teased people in this way??

And, Mayweed, you have taken "lagom" completely out of the recipe you gave up there, have you not??
