Can you suggest a great quality restaurant for my first time?

I will very likely be in Brussels from 12-14 September and would like to know of any restaurants serving good, quality, healthy food.

I will be alone so would appreciate a restaurant that a single, attractive lady can dine alone at without any problems.

Also any sporting events I can attend would be an added bonus.

It would be really nice to meet a few Belgians. I speak fluent French.
