Talking music videos AS SEEN ON TV

music videos average 3 minutes and typically feature artistes miming their top class song, in a second class fashion
SO
are there any decent music videos or what ?

2000 Best video: pretty 'Lene Marlin,' singing her "Sitting Down Here," in her business camper van is so genuine and fun
....it gives a whole new meaning to kiting and long grass love, anyone else see it ?

1997 Best Video: Lighthouse Family ... their "HIGH," is so wicked and I vote for this video, just for the final 30 seconds, where the camera tracks across rail lines... to follow those 2 guys inch by inch towards their homely railway shack, it's sooooo good

1983 Best Video: yes Culture Club actually do go back that far and THIS is their top video : 'Karma Chameleon' is a supreme effort, it really is
INTRO :MISSISSIPI deep south, mouth organ, tons of, costumes - brilliant direction and a mississipi steam boat with US soldiers
wow what a video, it's incredible

1975 Best Video "Loving you" by Minie Riperton is epic. The filming includes Cat Stevens on guitar, keeping himself very much in the background
The recording has, of course, been mastered from an old 3 IPS reel to reel, found in Cat Stevens' shed
This is very much apparent on the video but never mind, it adds to the whole effect

so, music videos what are your thoughts ??
