Personally, I'm torn between being cautiously optimistic and downright disgusted. I am not a left-wing supporter and therefore should be upset at the result. However, I also recognise that National's performance on the social front left a bit to be desired, so I'm happy to see Labour in to change all of that. I hope the new Government will make some careful fine-tuning moves on the economic and social front but I also hope they don't just wade in like the last Labour Government did, and change things for the sake of it.
