Eric Gustav Rundquist born 1796 m.Karin? abt 1825. They had a son Eric born abt. 1829 and he m. Ingeborg Erickson abt.1853. Eric and Ingeborg had five children in Sweden before coming to America with parents Eric and Karin. Suppose to have come from Stockholm. Rumors had it they were Lapplanders. What does the name Rundquist mean in Swedish? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Rundquist could be translated as Rund =round (as in plump or simply round) kvist = twig
