honetana
my grandfather was Samuel Taui Honetana he died on the 25th Sept 1987, hes buried at Takahiwai.
He was born at Ngararatunua 21st Oct 1915 to Taukiri and Lina. He has sisters Janey & Ada both deceased Brothers William (deceased) and Darkey (unknown)maybe more siblings. Our family does not have a lot of info on my grandfathers side as he was disowned when he was younger because he married my grandmother instead of an arranged marriage between his family. Any info on the Honetanas or in particular my grandfathers immediate would be much appreciated. |
