Thought I would just like to say hello to everyone here! I regularly post at Ukraine.com, but came over here, since Belgium has a reputation as being the "land of cycling" and I do like cycling! Anyone here follow much racing?

I also have a website, http://www.x-10.cityslide.com

Cool! I agree Lancy-pants is good... quite the class act. I just hope he isn't taking something or other. Bristol Myers Squibb seems to like him for some reason LOL, jj.

So did you watch the tour or any other races?

take care,
Jimmy

Ahh Mariboulg, nice to see you!

One day perhaps I may compete in the Olympics. I am certainly only half way there... there is far more to go yet. In the city where I live there are at least two other cyclists that are more capable of reaching the olympics than myself. They have both made the national junior team, and have won national championships in mountain bike racing and cyclocross (separate titles). So I have a bit to go. I am hoping to travel to a sleepy provencal town this January or February to do some training.

So we shall have to see!

Well it seems fun to travel and participate in competitions. Perhaps a bit stressful but I guess in the end must be rewarding.

Good luck !

Smile Thanks!

Well thanks for the well-wishes. Quebec is notably a strong province for cycling- they did well at the Canada summer games. I guess it is the French connection.

It certainly is fun, and a little stressful or dissappointing at times, but it's usually all fun in the end. I think more or less it's the training I like.
