I am trying to trace possible family members in Belgium. My birth father was Herbert Evans and he was born in Manchester England on 8th November 1889 and died here in New Zealand in September 1979. He served with the English army from Feb 1915 until May 1920. After November 1918 he stayed on with the English Army and was stationed in Antwerp Belgium until his discharge from the English Army on 18th May 1920. His death certificate describes him as being married twice, the second time to my birth mother here in New Zealand in 1963 (I was born in 1947 and given up for adoption) and firstly in Belgium with no other details.His British Army records have no mention of his marriage so probibly after his discharge from, the British Army after May 1920 His army service number was 356031-4381. Are there any relations of mine still living in Belgium or any one who knows of whom he married etc
