What are they working for, why all the secrecy?

In the last weeks of May some of the most powerful people in west attended a meeting at Hotel Stenungsbaden in Stenungsund. A meeting that should have drawn a lot of media interest but no journalists were found.

So the question is - What exactly is "Bilderberggruppen" what sort of influences do they have. Do they make decisions concerning nations outside the democratic process?

You and I may not always see things the same way but in this case I have to agree with you. The kind of people you find in the Bilderberger- group are not the type that waste time on small talk, if they found it necesarry to meet in this way (which they apparently do regularily but I do not know how often) then they probably took some pretty important decisions.

What I find disturbing is that swedish politicians such as swedish PM Göran Persson were present but afterwards they did not reveal a thing about what had been said or decided. So much for public representatives.
