LET US MAKE SOME NOISE FOR HUMAN RIGHTS

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Our development is the result of thinking, understanding, discovering, organizing, planning, and problem solving. As a result, we have created impressive civilizations. It is our time that we together stand for and defend what belongs to us, our dignity as HUMAN BEINGS, our rights to be and share the benefits of this abundant world. The health and strength of a community depend on every citizen’s feeling of solidarity. Our vision of a world in peace is that of a society based on solidarity between citizens. LGBT rights does not mean promoting excessive individualism. Rather the opposite. It is about protecting rights of human beings to connect and associate. As with all rights, they must be exercised
responsibly, with respect for the rights of others. You can teach right from wrong and respect for other people's rights and beliefs without teaching creationism in schools, I am a Christian and I was taught evolution in school. An individual who hates homosexuality may well hate homosexuals as well, and probably discriminates against them. This type of concern mirrors a situation decades ago when some people did not consider themselves to be racists even though they opposed inter-racial marriage. I believe that a private expression of love between two consenting adults is just that -- private. And that any law that prohibits this express in an unlawful invasion of privacy.
We believe that the gay, lesbian, and bisexual citizens in this world deserve the same rights as any other citizen.

We live in a world where the vast majority of the people live in starvation, misery, disease, ignorance and terror. Where some Governments use their hands of oppression to terrorize their people to silence their thoughts, their rights, and their dignity as human beings.

Our search for peace in this world must address development and security, sustainable development is precondition for security, but it can never be reached when the people are frightened and full of fear if they speak out their mind. 2003 the High-level Panel on Threats, Challenges and Change set by Mr Kofi Annan endorsed the PRINCIPALS of the International Community responsibility to protect the “INNOCENT”, this implies to intervene when a GOVERNMENT carries out atrocities against its own people. I believe that a world in peace and justice can only be created gradually and by making precedents and case law. Where governments respect the treaties they sign by themselves.

When we examine ourselves in our depths, we are able to find what we wish to bring to the surface and what we wish to let go, Its is justice for all of us that we want to bring to the surface and it is injustice what we want to let go.

Let us open ourselves up to the unknown. I am sure we can then discover what lies beyond our current levels of understanding.

Yours respectfully
