Need Apartment in Bruges

I'm relocating to Bruges and looking for a 3 bedroom or large 2 bedroom apartment with a lot of light (windows) with a year's lease. Should I go through an agent or should I look around myself? What are the real prices of an apartment and are the agent apartments marked up much?
