Swedish metal

im living on longisland, ny in the us and im into primarily death and black metal, and know of many bands that come from sweden and norway which are particularly brutal. if anyone into the metal scene over there knows any good bands to check out im welcome to suggestions.

I don't know what bands you have heard of but check out Dismember and Entombed. There is a really good norwegian guy but I can't remember his name right now :/

That would be Dimmu Borgir. Sounds a bit like Cradle of Filth.
