Gloat, gloat

Have just experienced a fantastic night out, thought I'd make you all jealous!

After a gap of 16 years the musical "Cats" has just returned to Liverpool, and we had first night, front row tickets (reward for daughter's splendid school work last year).

Magnificent doesn't even begin to describe it!

It includes some "extra" material which St. Andrew L-W wrote but had to omit from the original production - somebody
[Heretic! Philistine!!] decided the production was "too long", according to the newspaper article I read. I guess this is a bit like the "specials" you often get now at the end of DVDs.

Anyone living in N. England can try to see if there are any tickets left - but I very much doubt it!!

Unbelievable, amazing, and all the other "Mr. Mistopheles" words you care to use ... none of them would be out of place!
