Do you know anything about this kind of thing. I have a question.
In the town you live in a University wants to build a Performing Arts Theatre. There is already four theatres in the city. You work for the City Council and have been asked for funding ~ Do you give it and if so then how much? How do you justify your decision?

Any feedback welcome.
