I would even like is someone could email with what all points I should consider while making an offer or even discussing an offer.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well Ketan!

I just spend some time in the US lately and being half belgian and living in Belgium for the biggest part of my life I must say ... BELGIUM is a great country!!!

I just come around here from time to time ... hanging out at my site : http://www.burnproject.com more (feel free to ask me anything you want there!!!) but I must say that if you go to the right places (Brussels/antwerp/liege, and the rest is more scattered around our country) you will have a ball!

Women Looove american accents and stuff, and if you want to feel a at little home go to:

Monkey Business
Rue Defacqz
1050 Brussels
close to avenue Louise

It's an american/texan/mexiccan/irish pub with restaurant and GREAT vibes! Music /sports ... It is my favorite bar (i live just 20 meters from it) and if you go .. say hello to CHRIS and RUDY (the barkeepers) from Kevin (the guy who moved to germany now)

Maybe see you there
