How can people do this kind of a thing, to steal someones child, it dosen`t bear thinking about.

She may have been stolen to order for a childless couple, or the worst scenario a scum of the earth peodophile.

My heart goes out to the family.

This case reminds me of the Ben Needam abduction around 17 years ago. he`s still never been found.

A blond blue eyed boy stolen on the island of Kos Greece, you would have thought that he would have been easy to trace but nothing has been heard of him since, no body ....... nothing.

I do hope and pray that Maddi gets found.

Here is a picture of Ben Needham at the time he went missing.

Hi mykfin;

Hope all is well with you.

I have been following this via Sky News. They have a whole section dedicated to Madeleine. http://news.sky.com/skynews/madeleine

All the support this family is receiving is phenomenal. What started out as a missing person case has turned into an unresolved mystery that has touched millions across the world. Hopefuly this will highlight all the other missing children and stricter laws will be implemented against these [sick] people that take them. I suggest stringing them up on the swing sets and castrating the bastards!!

Have they passed Sarah's Law in the UK yet?

Slainte!
Sam

Hi Sam,

yeah! everyting is ok here, hope all is well with you and yours.

As far as i am aware, Sahrah,s law has not been passed yet, but even when they do, it will be a rather watered down version of Megan,s law. I dont think they will give the address out of known peadophiles like they do in the states.

If a peadophile is living nearby and people know his address, then they tend to give him a hard time, nobody wants such a person around their kids. In the past some have even been killed, and sometimes they have got the wrong man.

Thats one of the reasons the police dont want to go all the way in giving out information.

We have a tendency in theis country to defend the lowlife rather then those at risk, and that goes for all criminality in this country, wether it be terrorists, robbers, muggers etc:

Still no news on Maddi, it looks worse by the day.

ciao
