Earth had a close call last night when an asteroid passed within 26,000 miles of our planet. In astronomical terms this is very close indeed, experts reckon that if it had hit us it could have wiped out a whole city. Nasa astronomers spotted it on monday and said it would definately miss us, hum! I wish someone had warned me, i would have been down at my local..... just in case.
