In one New York district people were waiting up to 3 hours to vote.

They reckon that its the biggest turnout for a Presidential election for 40 years.

Sunsite here! Just came back from the polls. Small town life is great, the polling place is less than a block from my front door, whole town votes there so I walk in and sign my name, discuss my Swedish name with the election judge who lives just up the street, vote and am home again!
Lots of voters here, but we always vote at about an 85% rate in this county. Solid democratic county.
Polls say Bush is neck and neck with Kerry here in Minnesota, but christ I find that hard to believe. But maybe so. I gotta eat my frozen pizza now and will check in again later. Hello to all who take part tonight. I'm an early sleeper so will probably only be around for 4-5 hours. See ya!

Well the news from my TV is really bad. Bush has taken four quick states. And he is winning by big numbers as of now. They call four states for Bush. I'm worried becuase these states are not even close. New Hampshire is 61-37 for Bush . I hope this is not going to hold up. I don't believe Bush should have been able to take any state except by a very close margine. I'm nervous!!!!

We don't look good in Florida right now or anywhere in the South for that matter. Ohio is turning into a hot bed of lawsuits. This is nuts, but we may be about to choose the policies of Mr. Bush for 4 more years. I need some good news soon, but I don't like what I see now. Looks like Ohio, Florida will really tell the tale. Either Kerry wins them or it's curtains. I need a drink!

I said before this election that i thought Bush was going to be a winner, and now I am sure of it. Sorry. The people seem to be saying that what Bush has brought us is what they want more of. I'm not surprised but disappointed. I hope the Bush voters remember that THEY were the ones to put him back in. Can you believe after the campaign Kerry has run that he may lose worse than Gore did? I guess a WAR president is hard to beat. Hope we all come through the next four years of Bush.

Looks like another four years of the re-erection of the "Evil Empire". I respect the will of the majority. Personally I think it is an historical mistake and a tragedy for both the U.S nation as an open society that safeguards the rule of law, as well as the international community.

Next question: Which will be the next war?

Yes, it seems like it will be four more years with Bush. Kerry will need a miracle in Ohio to turn this around, according to CNN Bush leads with 104000 votes and there are about “175000 to 250000” votes that are uncounted. So Kerry would need to win an overwhelming majority of those votes, and with such a tight race that don’t seem likely.

USA seems to be very divided about the Bush administration, as an “uniter” Bush have failed completely.
