“ Once, a long time a go, there was a nation in despair. Inflation was high, morale was low, and the people were desperate. There wasn’t a way out in sight. And it turned out that just when people thought that things couldn’t get any worse, they were still to reach their darkest hour, because war - that humanity devouring monster - was soon to knock on their doors.

So what happened, you may ask, well the answer is simple - nationalism. A politician who would most likely, were the circumstances different, face a unsuccessful and insignificant carrier came to power on the back of the biggest collective flaw of humanity - the need to blame somebody. After all, the people had the right to know what brought on their misfortune - who is responsible for their suffering. And they couldn’t possibly be responsible for their own faiths; somebody was to blame, but who?

Well, that dilemma lasted about four nanoseconds. Everybody else but the people, meaning all the other nations of the World, from those which had the tenacity and audacity to live in our territory, on our Fatherland and not their own to those which harass us constantly with their spies, mistrust, deceptions and ever-present outrageous demands.

So what shall we do with these enemies of the people - we shall rise to arms and use all and any means necessary and at our disposal to eliminate those who would dare lift a finger against the ever deserving, hardworking, descent people. What was said - soon was done, expeditiously, with great precision and prejudice and without remorse. The rights of strangers, or better yet - the outrageous and undeserved privileges which diverted time, attention and resources of the authorities from the people; ceased to be, and soon enough so did they. The great cleansing was complete. Now, at last, we can, once again like in the ancient times of our ancestors, breathe the clean air of our mother country, of our Fatherland, free of worries of breathing in the heavy stench of foreigner related and caused pollution. Free at long last!

But wait! Our work is not yet done, it has just begun. A long way is to be gone in order to secure our freedom for all eternity. We can’t just forget our brethren which live beyond our borders, and which face every-day humiliation, discrimination, reprisals and injustice at the hands of those same enemies of the people which have so cowardly fled from us, like little scared rabbits. Oh, no - we mustn’t forget them; we are tied by blood and the graves of our ancestors, so we must spring to their rescue posthaste! And what about the parts of our Fatherland which have been criminally awarded to others, but belong to us? We must liberate our holy lands from the hands of infidels! How can we look our posterity in the eye if we don’t?! We must also deal with the foreign wannabe superpowers - after all, they are out to get us, and we can never sleep peacefully, with both eyes closed when these enemies of the people are plotting our demise relentlessly, day and night, this very moment, whilst we’re still talking! And last but not least, members of our own community which have stabbed us in the back by selling us down the river for a hand-full of cash must not be spared from our wrath; they must be the first ones on the list, to deal with!

We can achieve these holy and sacred goals of ours only by hard work, endurance and only by spilling the blood and sweat of our enemies as well as our own. No man is above the good of the people, and any one who thinks so will be considered a traitor, and dealt with accordingly. Every man, woman and child shall be willing to be sacrificed for the good of the people if and when that time comes. They shall do it with a smile on their face, with warmth and joy in their hearts and with the realization of how great of an honor is bestowed upon them in their minds! It can be only this way - I command it! Because this is all for the good of the people and the Fatherland. “

Thinking that it's a make-believe country is a realy dangerous thing...

The answer is Nazi Germany in the 1930's and 1940's.

The answer is also Yugoslavia in the 1990's (I'm refering to the Serbs and the Croats and the Muslims)

The answer is also Uganda (I don't remember the years exactly but it was during the dictatorship of that black soldier, which expeled all the Asians with English passports)

These are the cases (and there are more) where most of the nation thought like that. The point is that history just kept repeating. In all of those cases the people suffered under somebody whic promissed to fight for them. But this threat also exist today. Trouth be told people are much more educated today (I hope) and they don't belive such things so easily. But, that doesn't mean they are non-existant. What about the KKK, the rednecks. What about SOME of the Muslim religious leaders (this is NOT an attack on Islam, do NOT interpret it that way) calling for Jihad, and suicide bombers, etc.

These, "dangerous minds" are everywhere in the World. That's the harsh reality we all need to face. TODAY.

Idi Amin Dada 1971 - 1979. He died a few days ago in Saudi Arabia.
