COWARD, in case you didn't notice the heading of this message area is "RELIGION." So I will continue to post my views on religion--mine and others--as I see fit.

Do you HEAR yourself, or READ your words?
You're advocating muslims are a bunch of hating fanatics-but it's you doing all the hating here.
Is that gods word to you? to hate?

Grafix....

......you are a Muslim and I am a Catholic.

We are friends. We care about one another. We wish each other well. We carry each other fondly in our hearts' embrace.

What else matters? Tell me? What the hell else matters?

niquie-I don't think anything else matters.
Religion exists to make us better human beings. If we can reach out and help each other-that's what matters.
the rest is just icing on the cake.
I respect everyones religious view, but I expect the same in return.
I don't know if thats too much to ask in todays world-but I don't think so.
It's time we put religious wars behind us.

COWARD, if one follows the thread of this post, they will see that you are the one who took His name in vain, called it mumbo-jumbo, said men made every bit of it up. You called me hypocritical, accused me of working for the devil and of Satan worship, called me an idiot, accused me of wanting to go to war, said I sickened you, called my religious beliefs ignorant crap that fell out of a chicken, accused me of slander then challenged me to slander Muslims, called me a coward, called me hateful, despicable, and shameful, said I hide behind Jesus Christ, called me stupid, arrogant, and a bigot, called me a shameful excuse for a human being, called me a dummy, called me a dumbbell. And now you are asking me not to post such hateful things about human beings. No, you didn't get mad because I truthfully and accurately quoted the Bible. You got mad because you got bested and got exposed for the COWARD that you are.

COWARD, I hate no one; I have not advocated hatred of anyone; I have done just the opposite. I have spoken against following a religion that encourages its members to murder. I have quoted Scripture as you are free to do and as Grafix is free to do. I just didn't back down and give in to political correctness, and that's what's bothering you. Because you know you are a COWARD who would never stand up for your religious beliefs if it might endanger your life. You are very brave when you are in the majority. You quickly hide when you are on your own. This thread shows that so clearly, COWARD.

I don't believe the way you do. I don't follow the agenda you do. You've proven nothing to me except what I already know. You made me positive of how right I am. And you showed this forum the same.

I am mad because I let your hate get to me. And it did. And I admit that. It truly did. But God will forgive me, because I asked Him to and because He knows me and He knows your kind of hate will get to me again.

I just hate hateful people. They bring out the very worst in me. I know I am supposed to pray for you. I know that. Geez, that's a tall order considering how truly hatefilled you are. But maybe that's just the very reason why I should.

Sorry for the namecalling. But you did it first and you got my Christian blood boiling.

ACCORDING TO ISLAM TAKING THE LIFE OF A FELLOW HUMAN BEING IS PUNISHED WITH ETERNAL HELLFIRE

THAT is what is underlined in the Quran.
MURDERING IS AN ETERNAL SIN IN ISLAM.

Well certainly if you asked God to forgive you, He did. But if you are a Christian as you say, He does not want you to assure non-Christians that their beliefs are acceptable in His eyes. And you know that from your upbringing. You are taking the easy way out so people will "like" you.

You need a lot of prayers. You believe what you are doing is right and just and it isn't. Crusades are wrong. Just plain wrong.

mac you have no clue do you..here's some common knowledge about islam for you:

1-even by islamic scholars the Qoran is not interpreted literally. EACH verse is dissected and interpreted with knowledge about events taking place at the EXACT TIME that verse was revealed.

2-Each verse is interpreted according to its relation with the other verses before and after it, and in accordance with the chapter it was revealed in.
in otherwords-you CANNOT take a couple of verses and simply interpret them. THAT'S why islam has scholars whose task it is to learn history, learn the Qoran and interpret the CORRECT meanings of these verses.

3-CHRISTIANS ARE NOT infidels according to Islam.
Christians are openly referred to as: "people of the book"
meaning subscribers to Gods eternal message which according to muslims starts with the prophet Adam and ends with the Prophet Mohammed.

4-Islams message is CLEAR. it IS A SIN to kill a fellow human being-and murder is punishable with eternal hellfire.
Furthermore WAR is ONLY acceptable in self defence according to a majority of Islamic scholars.

Is that so? Tell that to John the Baptist who made a crusade of telling the ruler that he was committing adultery with another man's wife. He lost his head over that one, but Jesus admired him so much that he asked him to be the one to perform His baptism. And I imagine Paul and Peter and Mark and all of the others would be astounded to hear you say they should have just kept their mouths shut about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Grafix!

You say your prayers and I will say mine.

Maybe together we can make a difference to someone reading this thread.

Readers: I apologize for the name calling. I get overly wrought up when someone posts that Muslims are hate-filled and want to kill.

There are bad people in every religion. But God does not want us to hate one another. He wouldn't want me calling names either. Just because someone posts hate and lies, I should not hate in return.

Grafix, you are indeed a patient man. And your father sounds like a wonderful human being. He doesn't have an ill thought toward anyone and my word, how I admire that.

And then there's Nolvinge, and Yoda123. All people who have had to hear these unkind words and have returned that sentiment with kindness. Truly people of God and I thank Him for putting you and them into my life. You have taught this Catholic much, dear friend.
