Part Finnish--believe to be Sami

Hi I am an American with the last name Herlevi.

Many years ago, I found that I had shamanic abilities and this led me to the Sami culture. Since that time, I have become fascinated with the Sami and hope to some day find my link to the Sami people.

For awhile I was having strange dreams involving snow and reindeer. Well, there are none where I live so this was strange. Then I would find books or information on the Sami people out of the blue as if the spirits were calling me. I would read these books and feel a strong sense of recognition. Sometimes I would cry because I finally didn't feel so strange and out of place any longer. It was like finding a home after wandering for so many years--not literally of course.

I would love to correspond with Sami people in Sweden, Norway or Sweden if at all possible. I am finding out half of who I am and this is exciting.
