What with losing to Man Utd in the FA cup and now getting beat by Chelsea in the Champions League what now for Arsenal?

I felt that as soon as Henry went off there was a kind of shock and resignation, Chelsea grew in confidence and Arsenal seemed to tire and you could sense the Chelsea goal coming.

With games against Newcastle and Liverpool coming up things will not get any easier, i do hope that Arsenal get something out of this season, as they surely deserve to with the way they have played thier football.

so it seems.

oh do i look forward to the good friday match. both clubs have lots to prove at this point...moreso with Arsenal though

i did catch the give away to ManU..aside from some messy possession in the midfield, i think Arsenal played fairly well. seemed more like bad luck on their part. pity.

but anyways, the good news is that Arsenal aren't as awesome as i thought earlier..hehe

****, can you just see Arsenal losing dominance at the end again...hmm

And to make things worse(thats if your a Arsenal fan) they say Henry will miss the next two games, but you know what, i think a greater loss would be Viera, that guy is awesome.

Yep! i think if Liverpool finish 4th and get into the Champions league at least they will have salvaged something out of a poor season. Some of the Liverpool fans i talk to are still not too happy with the way their team has been playing......... and most blame Houllier.

Mind you fans are very demanding and soon find a scapegoat if things are going wrong.

I'm still in shock over Depor-Milan: Maldini, then Dida, then Nesta, then Gattuso choosing this game to gift a goal each to Depor.
Real Madrid leading 4-1 and 5-2 and STILL losing!!!

All the talk of Arsenal, Real and Milan and all three go out in the last eight...

Weird...

I just couldn`t believe it, when was the last time three favourites went out like that, and like you said.... Real leading 4-1 and still losing! that just about sees Carlos Queiroz out of the Real Madrid job.

It certainly was a week of shocks. Chelsea must be feeling that they can actually win it. What a turn up.

i'm also not too happy with the way liverpools been playing of late....and, yea, i can't help but look in houlliers direction. but they seemed to hold well against arsenal in the first half - even won it. but then had thier defences completely dismantled in the last 30 mins or so. yea, arsenal played magnificently, and with henry taking in the hat trick. but still ! i think liverpool should be playing at a much higher level than where they are. i almost don't care if they make champions league next year if it means going out on the first match up...

hats off to Arsenal, though, and best luck to actually winning the league this year
