England's Euro 2004 squad:

Goalkeepers: 1. David James (Man City), 13. Paul Robinson (Tottenham), 22. Ian Walker (Leicester)
Defenders: 2. Gary Neville (Man Utd), 3. Ashley Cole (Arsenal), 5. John Terry (Chelsea), 6. Sol Campbell (Arsenal), 12. Wayne Bridge (Chelsea), 14. Phil Neville (Man Utd), 15. Ledley King (Tottenham), 16. Jamie Carragher (Liverpool).
Midfielders: 4. Steven Gerrard (Liverpool|), 7. David Beckham (Real Madrid), 8. Paul Scholes (Man Utd), 11. Frank Lampard (Chelsea), 17. Nicky Butt (Man Utd), 18. Owen Hargreaves (Bayern Munich), 19. Joe Cole (Chelsea), 20. Kieron Dyer (Newcastle)
Strikers: 9. Wayne Rooney (Everton), 10. Michael Owen (Liverpool), 21. Emile Heskey (Liverpool), 23. Darius Vassell (Aston Villa

The squad for Euro 2004, they looked tired against Japan and will certainly need to improve if they are to make headway in Portugal.

Cool

When it comes to fiasco you know, Italy weren't second
to England. We drew but we deserved to lose and Totti
sent off for the foul game in the last minutes.

Too much money and every excuse is good for them.
The Danes were more professionals and committed to
their country.

Of course I hope something will change for the match
with Sweden.

As for England, I think Erickson made a mistake in
changing Owen and Rooney. Especially the latter was
a constant danger for the entire French defense.
As for Owen, we all know he can always invent something
any time. Without the two of them ( and the penalty missed
by Beckham ), France gained self-confidence and their goals
could come any time.

Lycka till.

I think Italy`s next game against Sweden will be their big test, we know that Italy are slow starters and seem to get better after every game........... so im really looking forward to it tomorrow. Totti will be missing as he has been banned for three games.

Rooney scores the opener against Switzerland in Englands 3-0 win, not a brilliant game but the result was just what we needed.

Ibrahimivic scores the equalizer for Sweden in their 1-1 draw with Italy, Sweden rode their luck in the first half and could have been out of it if Italy had taken all their chances, but Sweden took the game to the Italians in the second half and deserved the draw.Great game!.

Also Italy, Sweden and Danmark are back home.
In spite of the italian spitting, scandinavian conspiracy
and poulsenish foul game.

' Watch out !!!!! The Danish Television is watching
us. No spitting seeds at Poulsen, please. Just cut
up his elbow !!!! '

It's pure joy that this time the whole world saw that
Italy are not the only one to blame for the foul game.
We are in good company. Tack så mycket.

For a little piece of peace
the Swedish elk says : ' No more Italian conspiracy, Danish
pastry, Swedish certainties, Celtic blah blah blah. Fire
the football matches if they must ignite hatred. Fire the
bombs back to terrorists any religion they might claim
( isn't it true Mr Jerry Adams ? ). We are sick of your
words of hate and the death of innocent schoolchildren.
We want to hear words of apologies. Anybody can go on
demonstration against any government in any EU countries.
So where's the reason of bombs ? Only criminals can hold
the reason of bombs. Only one word is necessary.

PEACE. Can you get it Mr Jerry Adams and alikes ?
By the way, I'm Italian and Catholic just to be clear.
