My partner is in prison in ENGLAND. Tobacco from Belgium was planted on him and I need help to release him.
I need proof of what the duty was on 50g packets in 1998 of Golden Virginia, Old Holborn and Drum. we think we know what it is but we need proof.

Please if anyone can help me I would be forever grateful

Hi Katrina!! I did'nt know they put you in jail for bringing in some tobacco!! Anyway, you can get that information by contactng the Ministry of Economical Affairs in Brussels. Present them with your (or your friend's) problem and ask them to confirm what you're asking for.
