Hi! This is my first time on this site, and I would like to say hello to everyone. My husband and I will be visiting Belgium in early November. Got a super deal through gotoday.com; roundtrip airfare, and six nights in a hotel in Brussels. This is our first time visiting Belgium. We are in our early 50s, I am a nurse, he is a teacher. Rose gardens are very special to us, or gardening in general. I know we won't see gardens in November that have flowers, but we would like to get a feel for the country. We plan to travel by train or bus, if people on this site think that is a good idea. What will the weather be like in early November? Any recommendations as to what we "have to do"? Not to miss this, or that? Can't wait to get there, want to make some plans to see as much as we can. Thanks for the help.

how was it?

Hello,
I was working my way through this site and I came across your posting from Novemeber.

So how was it?

I am taking my wife and @3 year old son in a few weeks for our first trip to Europe.

We are starting in Amsterdam and are planning a few days in Belgium. Any suggestions on "must sees?"

We are from the BAy Area of California and are open to any and all new experiences ,food, museums,

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks,

Joel
