An exchange work for a place to stay in NZ???

Hello..

I am searching for a place to stay in NZ most- likely in North Island (open for a countryside or a city) while I am establishing myself: with a job, car etc. and immigration status.

I am willing to exchange my skills (from 16 Y of experiences) for exchange( or discount) accomodation:
tutoring, child or elder care, house/pet sitting, ski instructions,office work, gardening, house-work , farm work, therapeutic massage and REIKI Healing.

I am in my thirties and well traveled European, teacher, looking to "make a new home" in NZ.

Any ideas and INFO appreciated.
