Q

thanks, art.

now, what we often did on scotland.com when we came across the letters q, x, y, and z is we went:

"Q: arrrrrrghhh!!!"

so, you can do that, unless you can think of something swedish that begins with one of those letters.

Now there's one Norweigan that prolly never thought his name would be so widely known and used..

Smile hmmm...that's funny bosse

I got that word out of the 1974 Berlitz: Swedish to English dictionary that Mamie gave me.
So what do you really call a peg?
In the meantime i'll substitute the P word with plommon=plum.

And the 'T' word shall be Tack=Thanks.

And, ahem, Mayweed...Did you really have to bring up the name of that...that...TRAITOR! Besides aren't we supposed to use Swedish words for this game? Are there really no Swedish words that begin with Q?

Sorry...

I learn something new (i.e. old) everyday... Pligg does exist and means "kort, spetsigt (trä)stift används vid skotillverkning" (short, sharpened wodden pin used when making shoes"

In other words a peg.
And no need to apologize cuz I just learned something new too. That pligg isn't commonly used...of course I can't think of why I would ever need to ask a Swede for or about a peg either so I guess that's just as well.

So on to the next letter...
U for Udda=odd.
