In Italy more modestly we have Peroni, Moretti and
Menabrea which is acknowledged as being the most genuine.
No preservatives whatsoever. You must drink it on the very
spot. It's quite expensive, so don't quaff it, just sip
it at little, tiny thimbleful to make your taste-buds...
