Most Brits will probably go for Ruddles (mass-produced cask bitter pretending to be greater than it is) I'll be patriotic and go for the Liverpool-brewed Red Cain's Quality beer with a tinge which comes from the red berries added in the final fermenting stages .... YUM! |
