ok, so how about this?

That that is, is. That that is not, is not. Is that it? It is.

A fantastic film made in 1968 starring Cliff Robertson and Claire Bloom about a retarded man who is suddenly made brilliant. This punctuation exercise is a pivotal moment in the film and serves to illustrate his growing intelligence. Sadly Robertson regresses to his former retarded status by film's end.

Don't worry Niq, I wouldn't have noticed (i.e I didn't) if you hadn't pointed it out to me

and the punctuation thing I kinda cheated with. I started backwards

Punctuation exercise (given by me to several school-leaver classes preparing for exams, usually when I'm feeling particularly vindictive!!!

Midsummer Night's Dream, Act V sc. i

If we offend, it is with our good will.
That you should think, we come not to offend,
But with good will.To show our simple skill,
That is the true beginning of our end.Consider then, we come but in despite.
We do not come, as minding to content you.
Our true intent is. All for your delight
We are not here. That you should here repent you,
The actors are at hand: and, by their show,
You shall know all that you are like to know

Nothing new about finding an amusing aspect to grammar & punctuation!
On the other hand, sadly, it has to be admitted that so far I have yet to find an 'O' level candidate whose 'proofreading' of this passage agreed totally with mine
